The saying is that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. So naturally, our perception of who is a beauty icon can be very different for each of us. My top 10 picks of beauty icons are women who have greatly influenced both fashion and style. But more importantly, exude elegance and class and have or had a great desire to make a positive difference.
